At ChandraVastra, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our handloom silk sarees. To ensure a fair and transparent return process, please read our policy carefully.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory — recorded from the moment you open the package, without any cuts or pauses
- The saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact
- The original packaging is intact
Important — Colour Variation Notice
Please note that all our sarees are handwoven using natural dyes and traditional techniques. Due to differences in monitor/screen settings, lighting conditions, and the handmade nature of the product:
- Slight colour variations between the product photos and the actual saree are natural and expected
- Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for colour variation reasons
- Each saree is unique — minor differences in shade, tone, or texture are a characteristic of authentic handloom weaving, not a defect
How to Raise a Return Request
- Email us at support@chandravasta.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Attach your 360-degree unboxing video (without this, returns will not be accepted)
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees without unboxing video proof
- Used, washed, or altered sarees
- Items returned due to colour variation or personal preference
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Sale or discounted items
Refund Process Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange We offer exchanges for manufacturing defects or wrong items sent, subject to availability.
