Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped

Shipping Time

  • Metro cities (Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3-5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 5-7 business days
  • Remote areas and villages: 7-10 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹5000
  • Orders below ₹5000: Flat shipping charge of ₹99

Packaging All our products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Each item is wrapped protectively before dispatch to maintain quality during transit.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your order on our courier partner's website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please record a 360-degree unboxing video as proof
  • Report damaged or lost shipments within 48 hours of delivery to support@chandravasta.com
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue within 3-5 business days

  • Delivery timelines may be affected during festivals, natural calamities, or courier delays
