Returns are accepted only if:
- Return request raised within 48 hours of delivery
- A 360-degree unboxing video is provided (recorded without cuts or pauses from the moment of opening)
- Saree is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
- Original packaging is intact
Colour Variation Notice
Our sarees are handwoven using natural dyes and traditional techniques. Due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of the product:
- Slight colour variations between photos and the actual saree are natural and expected
- Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for colour variation reasons
- Minor differences in shade, tone, or texture are a characteristic of authentic handloom weaving, not a defect

- Attach your 360-degree unboxing video (mandatory — returns not accepted without it)
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
Non-Returnable Items
- Sarees without unboxing video proof
- Used, washed, or altered sarees
- Items returned due to colour variation or personal preference
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Sale or discounted items
Refund Process
Once approved and item received, refunds processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange
Available for manufacturing defects or wrong items sent, subject to availability.

Processing: 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekend/holiday orders processed next business day.
